1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or using the Services in any manner, you agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time by KahawaMe.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. KahawaMe cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Payments & Fees

KahawaMe facilitates payments between supporters and creators. While we currently offer a 0% platform fee during our beta period, standard payment processor fees (applied by providers like Flutterwave or Paystack) will still apply to each transaction.

4. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use KahawaMe to collect payments for illegal activities, explicit adult content, or anything that violates local laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
